Faith and Satisfaction

Islam maintains success and advancement lie in firm faith and belief as it is the only criterion for supremacy. The holy Qura’an proclaims:
“So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.”

This promise was made by Allah, the Almighty. We now have to judge what class of belief and belief assures the worldly and religious advancements and who the believer is the ideal of honour, power and dignity on the soil of Allah.

We are living in the world of make-believe, if we assume Muslim is our hereditary title and consequently be awarded power and dignity. If we presume some self-made rituals and practices to be the ground of faith and Islam and yearn for ascending the ladder to success, we may rest assure that our efforts made for ascension and success would suffice to drag us down. If we have believed some unrealistic activities to be the key to the treasure of Allah’s blessings, it’s the result of the debility of our misled mentality. The Glorious Qura’an describes the reality of the faith whereby the believer possesses the world treasures:
“O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islâmic religion) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitân (Satan). Verily! He is to you a plain enemy.” (Al-Baqrah Verse No. 207)

The above verse clearly specifies that the fulfilment of the all wishes of Allah is the real belief that builds the every corner of human life with supremacy. It is impossible for an individual and a community to reach the glorious of success brushing aside official duties. The status of Muslim community’s life wholly depends on practice and reliance on Allah. As far as practical life is concerned the following ruling is common: “The ability of practical life is present in one and all.” (Bukhari)

No one, therefore, should be careless and in terms of reliance upon Allah, the holy Qura’an expresses it view saying: “He does what He wishes”. The same belief is the spirit of Muslim. Satanic whispers, misleading thoughts and false views must not interfere in it or else complete practice of Islam will not follow.

Today we see the Muslims in cities; the satanic net of terrorism is spread all around them. Every place is the disheartening cradle of disappointment and frustration. There is complete lack of courage in practical life. Faith in Oneness of Allah is shaken with superstitions and theories. In such scenario, the complete reflection of Islam is seen nowhere and there is no assurance for the Muslim community to reach the peak of success due to its present attitude. Faith entangled in majority and minority, faith helpless into the fetters of rituals and ceremonies, faith prostrated before the greatness of opponents, faith below the standard set by Allah alone is not a faith but the meshes of devil’s net wherein mankind is trapped. He has nothing to do with the promised success and supremacy made by Allah. The faith ensures the authority is nothing but practising the commandments of Allah wholeheartedly dismissing each and every false views. It is a satanic whispers to follow the corporeal tendencies, to dance to the power and authority’s tune, to tag along blindly behind the covetous leaders holding the mental faculties in abeyance. Humankind gets trapped in them and exceeds the limits of faith and his name is removed from the list of Godly rewards.

Hence we should wish for honour and prestige, if we are ensnared in corporeal desires. The worldly caliphate does not suit us, if we, claiming to be monotheists, do not follow the oneness of Allah. We should make tall claims to pluck the moon and stars, if we are caught in misled people’s trap. We are not to wish a beautiful life, if we are getting deeper and deeper into the mashes of fear and harassment looking disappointedly at the world, because our faith and belief is not the one to whom the above rewards go well with.

How much glow of faith and darkness of evil we have, it is time to look into the core of our hearts with the eye of curiosity. We are victorious, if we have the light of faith and faith. There is no way to success and power, if there is a shadow of evil darkness in our hearts. First and foremost, we have to evict the gloom from our life and turn into a staunch believer to gain all in the universe. (May Allah enable us to submit ourselves to his will and commandments!)
